Malachi 3:10 instructs us to “Bring the full tithe into the storehouse". Sometimes it can seem difficult. We're short on money for bills. The same verse says to “put Him to the test and that He will pour out a blessing until there is no more need.” If we are willing to trust in God and believe the Bible is his living word and it is truth, than there is no reason to hold back. We can see that God will provide for us. I think of my dog Huck sometimes when I come upon this subject. He's a black lab - great Dane mix. He eats like a horse. As a pup, we would train him by holding up a treat and giving him a command to "look". We would then only give him the treat when he made full eye contact with us. Now when I hold food or a treat out, I rarely have to ask him to look. He knows what (Or who) his source is. He trusts me to provide for him. I think that's what God wants us to do with Him.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”

— ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭ESV‬‬

‭‭He is our source. He is our source for jobs and money and he wants us to know that. Is money a tool for your life, or does it rule your life? ‬‬I've spoken a lot about stepping out in faith and trusting God recently, mainly because with little steps of my own I've seen God change me. This is even what this month's series has been about. If you want to take a step of faith of your own, but you aren't sure what it would look like, it could just be starting to tithe. Could be choosing to start Tithing regularly. You won't regret it.

“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.””
— Hebrews 13:5 says
